That's the breakfast of champions!!! I like the way you think...and bake. I can almost smell those pies. Very creative approach to the theme. I got a little creative myself with this picture.
Came over to look at your skywatch photos - which are very nice and very shivery - but got distracted by the yummy breakfast fixings. Like many of the others who have commented, I say why not as well. And a yummy breakfast it would be - but then a piece of toast as well just to neutralize the sugar high just around the corner. Norther Indiana?

Why not, I say! I used to eat leftover spaghetti and chocolate ice cream...
Haha, but well, once in a while these could be a great breakfast.
Hey, why not!?
Here's Breakfast!
Looks like a breakfast my hubby would love :)

YOU might be kidding, but I've been known to DO this occasionally when pie is available ;--)
I've played twice today ... once at Happily Retired Gal and the other at Small Reflections. Hope you'll find time to drop by ;--)
Hugs and blessings,
Haha, great choise. Sometimes really yummy at breakfast.
Hey - a good friend of mine once said that the best breakfast is a hot cup of coffee and a cold piece of pie. Don't knock it! :-)

Oh Lordy. Those look yummy. Don't left over pies actually become breakfast, though? I know if we have left over pie we eat a slice for breakfast.
Hey, it works for me. Then again, I'm the chairman of the Dashboard Breakfast Club. So nothing I say on the subject should be taken too seriously.
