That's fabulous! But... what is it? I mean, what's it for? It's obviously the ends of a bunch of metal (copper?) tubing stacked up, but what for?

Wonderful take on the theme. i t reminds me of when i worked in a machine shop and all of the expensive metal was stacked like that.
