Wordless (not really) Wednesday & 30x5

Sorry no post's until today - I've been a little ill, but I'm feeling much better. So here is today's not so Wordless Wednesday and a 30x5 Challenge update.

This is Isaac discovering that there is an underneath to the buffet.

This is Isaac trying to go underneath the buffet.

And this is Isaac totally honked off that he didn't fit under the buffet.

Okay, I admit I did not make it on the treadmill either Sunday or Monday. We are, however, allowed two days off. Plus, I'm pretty sure if we count coughing as exercise (and I think we should as bad as my stomach muscles hurt from it) that I put in more than 30 minutes each of those days. Did I mention how glad I was to have done the sit ups so those muscles would be nice an sore before the coughing started!!

That being said, I am happy to say that I did spend 30 minutes on the treadmill yesterday. So, it may have been more of a stroll speed than a walk, wog, or jog - but, hey, the rules only said movement!

Today I made Gracie very happy by taking her to walk at the park.

She was one tired pup when we were done.

Not sure what 30x5 is, but I love me some Rotties, and yours is a beauty! So if it involves her, I'm all for it.

And I'd never heard the term "honked off" before. I like it! (writing that one down)

Terrific action shots. I am sure Issac will have a good laugh seeing them when he is grown up.

How cute! Since he didn't fit under it, he couldn't get stuck! My son got stuck under a chair the other day, and I had to go to his rescue. Too funny!

I hope you feel better.

We have cats so I have to go it alone on my walks. Keep up the good work. You can do it.

Beautiful rottie! Who walks who? My sweet labs let me think I'm in control on occasion.

Your WW photos are adorable. You might like our Tell Me Thursday meme where you can keep your WW wordless and then post the story on on Thursday!
