Thursday Thirteen - Autumn
Here are 13 things I like about Fall:
It is time to till up the garden. (no more weeding)
The sound of crunching leaves under my feet.
The road to my house gets very colorful.
Corn mazes.
All the corn is harvested. (creating a clear view for traffic, etc.)
Mums.
Sitting outside in the evening around the fire pit.
Toasting marshmallows.
and S'mores.
Carving pumpkins.
Roasting pumpkin seeds.
Apple cider.
It will look like this before we know it...

Ahhh, fall is wonderful! Enjoyed your TT. Thanks so much for stopping by my blog!
Oh, leaves crunching underfoot! I love that, too! Too early for that here, though.
Hi,
Thanks for visiting my blog. I was born and raised in Elkhart, Indiana and I miss it so much. I moved away in 1990. Sadness. I have only been back twice since then. I love the picture on your post...brings back so many memories. Thanks for sharing.

I just want it to be cool enough here to turn my AC off completely for at least a week before I have to turn the heater on... still, I'm with you, Fall is my favorite season.
Thanks for stopping by my blog!

4 oz (small can) Green Chilies
2 tsp ground Cumin
1/2 tsp. pepper
5 Large tortillas cut into strips
1/2 Cup Salsa
* Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix in bowl: chicken, beans, sour cream, cheese, chilies, cumin, salsa, and pepper.
Spray pan with pam and put 1/2 the strips of tortillas on bottom. Top with chicken mixture, then tortillas, then chicken again. Sprinkle with 1 Cup of cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
fall is a beautiful time of year! I loved the photo of the colorful trees on your road.
What a lovely way to share the changing of the seasons with those of us who don’t experience such things first hand. Thank you ;--)
Hugs and blessings,
