Great list! I love fall.Here is the recipe you requested:3 or so Chicken breast Cooked and Cubed (I broil it with seasoning)1 Can Black beans; drained2 Cups sour cream2 Cups Montery Jack cheese4 oz (small can) Green Chilies2 tsp ground Cumin1/2 tsp. pepper5 Large tortillas cut into strips1/2 Cup Salsa* Heat oven to 350 degrees.Mix in bowl: chicken, beans, sour cream, cheese, chilies, cumin, salsa, and pepper. Spray pan with pam and put 1/2 the strips of tortillas on bottom. Top with chicken mixture,then tortillas, then chicken again. Sprinkle with 1 Cup of cheese.Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

I love Fall. It's my favorite season.
This makes me excited for fall.. and for that first day of snow. :) I love the sound of leaves crunching as well, and I am looking forward to tilling up my garden this weekend to plant some beautiful mums!!
